How quickly will my purchase ship?

Your orders are all fulfilled and carefully packed within 2-3 business days. If anything should prevent this from happening, we will notify you as soon as possible. Shipping options and expected delivery times are available at checkout. As we all know, delivery dates are somewhat variable these days once the package is out of our hands, but we are still committed to getting your purchase safely to you as soon as possible!


Can I get free shipping?

All Essenshell orders over $50 ship for free!


What if my jewelry breaks?

Essenshell pieces are handmade with durable, high-quality materials, and we stand by their longevity under normal wear. That said, accidents happen and jewelry can get snagged and easily damaged. If a piece breaks, you’re welcome to mail it to us to be fixed. We happily offer a repair service for $10 per piece, to cover labor, replacement materials, and return shipping.

Permanent jewelry is designed to last as long as you want it to - but also with a breakpoint as a safety feature. That way, if something snags your jewelry, it will take the brunt of the damage instead of your body. If this happens, you can mail your jewelry back to us and we are happy to add a clasp for our standard $10 repair fee, so that you can continue to wear your custom piece.

If for any reason, your piece is unable to be repaired, we'll reach out with concerns so that we can find a solution for you.

This repair fee covers labor for basic jewelry repairs performed in Pennsylvania. Because the materials used are minor and the primary purpose of this service is repair, this service is considered non-taxable under Pennsylvania law. If you’re located outside PA, your state’s tax rules may differ, but all repairs are fulfilled at our Pennsylvania studio.


Can I return or exchange my order?
