How quickly will my purchase ship?

Your orders are all fulfilled and carefully packed within 2-3 business days. If anything should prevent this from happening, we will notify you as soon as possible. Shipping options and expected delivery times are available at checkout. As we all know, delivery dates are somewhat variable these days once the package is out of our hands, but we are still committed to getting your purchase safely to you as soon as possible!

 

Can I get free shipping?

All Essenshell orders over $50 ship for free! 

 

What if my jewelry breaks?

These bracelets are made with the best materials that we can find, and we've tested them for years. That being said, we do use a lot of natural materials and sometimes Mother Nature surprises us! If anything should happen to any of your purchases, please contact us here, DM us on Instagram, or email us at hello@essenshell.com. We will repair or replace your jewelry as soon as possible free of charge, in exchange for the return of the original product. 

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order. We are a small business committed to giving you the best personal customer service and we want you to be TOTALLY stoked with your purchase. If you'd like a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
