Jewelry Repair

Need a fix? If your Essenshell piece has had a run-in with a zipper, belt loop, or the chaos of a good time, we’ve got you. This listing covers the repair of one item and helps us cover labor, repair materials, and return shipping to you.

Once purchased, we’ll follow up via email with mailing instructions. Be sure to include all original pieces (including beads, wire, clasps, etc.) so we can restore your item as close to its original as possible.

If for any reason, your piece is unable to be repaired, we'll reach out with concerns so that we can find a solution for you.

We will return your repaired pieces to the mailing address used in your order. If you would like it returned to a different address, please include a note in your purchase at checkout.

We are only able to repair original Essenshell pieces at this time. If you have more than one item in need of repair, please adjust the quantity at checkout accordingly. 

This repair fee covers labor for basic jewelry repairs performed in Pennsylvania. Because the materials used are minor and the primary purpose of this service is repair, this service is considered non-taxable under Pennsylvania law. If you’re located outside PA, your state’s tax rules may differ, but all repairs are fulfilled at our Pennsylvania studio.
